General Information

VISITING HOURS

Visiting hours at the hospital are between 11:00-21:00. We kindly request our patients and visitors to comply with this rule throughout their treatment period.

VISITING HOURS FOR INTENSIVE CARE UNITS

Visiting hours at intensive care units are between 14:00-16:00. We kindly request our visitors to keep their visiting period to about15 minutes throughout the treatment period in intensive care units. You can obtain information about the patient from the attending nurse or physician.

FLOWERS

Since potted plants may cause infection, they are not allowed in the patient rooms.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in all closed areas within the hospital.

CAFETERIA

Opening hours of our cafeteria on the fifth floor of the hospital are 08:00-22:00 daily. Hot and cold food and beverages are available.

PATISSERIE

Our self service patisserie in the basement provides snacks and beverages between 08:00-24:00 daily.

YOUR SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

You can submit your suggestions and complaints about the services you receive at our hospital in writing or verbally to our Foreign Reception Staff (Ext. Nr:1720)
